If you’re considering taking on an asset you are likely to need a feasibility study to identify the market opportunities and ensure that the asset will not rapidly become a liability. We have supported a number of organisations with feasibility studies and business planning to consider whether they should take on an asset.
Our work includes:
- Working with the local community and Castle Vale Tenants Residence Alliance to take over the management of the first community library in Birmingham
- Working with Castle Pool Community Partnership to develop a robust business plan to enable the community to take on the running and management of their local swimming pool and leisure centre
- Working with Affinity Sutton Housing to consider how they could bring an underused asset into use through the development of a social enterprise re-use and recycling enterprise
- Undertaking due diligence work for Solihull Council to enable them to consider the feasibility of transferring a local community centre into community ownership and management.
If you are considering a large scale development then we can help you ensure it is an asset and a success.
